The YES Group was founded in 1993 with the head office centered in Hong Kong and a development and support office operating from the Philippines.

The YES Group started out providing network installation and management services. YES then diversified into developing bespoke client server applications and hard copy to data conversion services.

Through appreciating the benefits of providing software applications as services over the Internet YES developed a platform on which to build robust database Internet systems requiring only a browser for the user to access functionality. The platform is known as Internet Data Access Management (IDAM™). Using this system YES is able to deliver the core requirements of most businesses almost immediately in a secure package, hosted at on its own servers at the head office in Hong Kong. The platform was used to rapidly develop and deploy new applications under the same architecture.

Having proved its expertise in providing reliable and secure web services, the YES Group was contracted to develop an Internet Payment Gateway to meet the needs of a European Client. With the successful launch of the Internet Payment Gateway, YESpayments.com, in 2000 the YES Group consolidated its business effort concentrating on the provision of Internet Payment Services.
